At Colman, science has a high profile; taught at least weekly with a dedicated afternoon to explore and investigate. We aim to help children develop knowledge, skills and attitudes about the world in which we live. We endeavour, where possible, to provide opportunities to develop these skills and gain an understanding of scientific concepts through first-hand experience and practical work.
